EK Archery Cobra Adder – A New Era of Repeating Crossbows

The Cobra Adder is the result of an intensive development project by EK Archery, one of the world’s leading crossbow manufacturers, in cooperation with Jörg Sprave. This innovative repeating crossbow redefines what compactness, ease of use, and rate of fire can mean in a modern crossbow platform.

Traditional crossbows are often powerful but bulky, difficult to cock, and inconvenient to transport. The Cobra Adder takes a completely different approach. Its compact construction, combined with an integrated under-lever cocking system, allows for fast and effortless operation. Thanks to the built-in magazine, multiple shots can be fired in rapid succession, with experienced users emptying the five-bolt magazine in just a few seconds.

For transport and storage, the Cobra Adder truly shines: it can be disassembled into its main components without any tools in under a minute and fits easily into a small, discreet bag.

The included 19 cm / 7.5-inch carbon bolts with screw-in tips deliver up to 30 joules of energy at a draw weight of 59 kg / 130 lbs. With a bolt speed of approximately 78 m/s (256 fps), the Cobra Adder offers reliable accuracy even at distances of up to 50 meters. Performance tests have shown impressive penetration capabilities, even when using the standard field tips.

The adjustable, removable tactical stock allows for a customized shooting experience and can be detached entirely to reduce the overall size. The supplied all-metal red dot sight is fully adjustable for windage and elevation, ensuring quick target acquisition and precise aiming.
