Contact us using the contact form and submit your order number. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel your order and you can place a new order. It is not possible to change the order.
Please contact us using the contact form. Provide us with your order number and the incorrect/missing item. We will take care of it.
Normally, we will only cancel your order if no payment has been received after a long period of time. However, we will send you several payment reminders before doing so.
Exchanges are not possible. However, you can return the item within 14 days from the day of delivery, and we will refund it to you. You can order the replacement item at any time via the shop.
Contact us via the contact form if you want to cancel your order. If it has not yet been processed, we can cancel it.
Once you have placed your order, it can no longer be changed. It is also not possible to add further items.
We accept your identity card (front and back) or passport as proof of age. As we are only allowed to send items requiring proof of age to your registered address, we need a document showing your name and address in addition to your passport. For example, a current utility bill or your registration certificate would be most suitable.
We can only deliver weapons within Germany.
We offer prepayment and PayPal.
The combination of name and address could not be found (Spelling mistake, move, marriage, or change of municipality).
There may still be an outstanding amount for another order with the selected payment method. The outstanding order does not necessarily have to be related to an order in our shop.
Like other platforms and shops, we use independent credit agencies to help us assess your creditworthiness. In some cases, their data may mean that you cannot place your order on account.
Your return will always be credited to the payment method you chose when making your purchase.
Once we have received your return, we will check it and then refund the amount within 5 business days.
Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received the full amount payable. Once payment has been received, you will receive an email from us and your order will be processed.
Weapons are shipped using DHL's age verification service. Here, the delivery person checks the age of the recipient when handing over the package. Weapons are only shipped to the registered address.
We will show you the delivery time directly on the respective item. You can check whether your order has already been shipped in your customer account. There you will also find the tracking number for your order. We will also send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your goods are shipped.
We always ship within Germany with DHL. You will receive an email with the shipment tracking information as soon as we have the tracking number.
Our shipping partner DHL offers contactless delivery. Once you have received the parcel notification, you can select your preferred delivery location.
Standard delivery within Germany costs €6.99. Delivery of weapons costs €14.99.
The buyer bears the costs of return shipping.
We apologize if you have received a damaged package.
If not only the box but also the products are damaged, please send us your order number, a photo of the packaging, and the damaged product. In this case, a damage report must be filed with DHL.
Since ahg Anschütz is our fulfillment partner, they handle shipping and warehousing for us.
We do not have a retail store, therefore it is not possible to view the goods in advance or pick them up.
You can return items ordered from us within 14 days of receipt. All information about returns can be found below in the service menu under “Returns.”
