The FX Dreamline is innovation you have only dreamed of: It is the world's first fully modular compressed air rifle system. The modular design allows the gun to convert to any of the Dreamline configurations. For example, a recreational bullpup Dreamline can be converted into a match rifle for field target competitions at the weekend.
Whether classic wood stock, skeleton stock with AR15 look or the compact bullpup stock - everything is possible.
The list of special features of the FX Dreamline starts with the revolutionary FX Smooth Twist X barrel (STX). This is the same combination of barrel housing and liner system (inner barrel) that is also used in other, considerably more expensive FX airguns (e.g. FX Impact, FX Crown and FX Wildcat). The STX barrel gives the Dreamline the unique ability to change both the caliber of the gun and the profiling of the inner barrel to achieve different twist lengths. The result is a customized barrel that can accommodate the variety of bullets available today.
All FX Dreamline models feature a large rotary magazine with a capacity of 22 rounds (4.5mm Diabolo caliber). This is the same magazine that is used in the FX Crown and is equipped with the FX-typical extra-soft cocking lever. This newly designed side lever is almost effortless to cock and sets new standards in terms of feel and firing frequency.
The Dreamline models use a 220 cubic centimeter cylinder that can be filled up to 230 BAR. Other, larger cylinders are optionally available. The FX Dreamline also features the world famous FX Match Grade Trigger, which is factory set to 15 ounces (425 grams).
These guns have not simply been throttled, but have been elaborately redesigned for Germany. Hammer spring, regulator, valve spring, needle etc. have been replaced by special max. 7.5 joule versions. The original parts (24 Joule) are included with every Dreamline, possession of these parts is free in Germany - but they can only be installed by a gunsmith and with a WBK. Outside Germany (e.g. Netherlands, Austria), however, installation is legal.
